If you are part of a group, each participant must be individually registered one at a time.

Do you wish to attend the conference scattered? Conference Scattered will begin on Thursday 16th of September. (If you'd like a longer time with a host family please indicate your arrival time)

Will you require a confimation letter or letter of invitation for your VISA application? (If you are unsure leave blank and contact the Secretary if such a letter is required at a later date)

NOTE: Any refund claims must be made before 1st August due to commitments with the conference centre in Altenkirchen

After you have registered and have your flight details or any other questions,
please sign into the members area and fill out your flight details when they
become known so that we may organise transport for you.
You can also make further payments from the members area.
Your members area login and password will be provided upon successful registration.
